David Facciolo holds a Bachelor of Arts from American University and obtained his Juris Doctor from Washington College of Law at the American University    David is admitted to the bars of Delaware and Pennsylvania.  David is also a member of the Delaware and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, GALLOP, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Perinatal Association and New Castle County Head Start.  David served on the New Castle County Ethics Commission for over 11 years and served as the Commission's chairman for five years.    David brings close to twenty years of litigation experience and an unwavering commitment to ethics to the practice.  David's practice areas include Family Law, and Estate Planning.    David can be contacted through our Delaware office.
